*If you are being asked to be a Godparent at a different Catholic Church and need a letter you must meet the following requirements*

• You have received the sacraments of Christian initiation (Baptism, First Communion and Confirmation)
• You attend the holy sacrifice of mass on Sundays & days of obligation
• You confess and receive communion frequently
• You are single
• You are married, and your marriage was celebrated according to the rite of the Catholic Church
• You participate in the life of your parish
• You are registered and an active parishioner at church

• Ha recibido los sacramentos de iniciación cristiana (Bautismo, Confirmación y Primera Comunión)
